Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Juan founded Etheva Healthcare Consultants to bring an operator's perspective to the decisions that shape healthcare organizations. Over the past decade he has built the business development engines behind several MSOs and grown markets for ACOs, IPAs and MSOs throughout Florida.
He has partnered with healthcare payers to launch new markets and expand their businesses, and has closed millions in M&A transactions.
Beyond the deal table, Juan has helped launch advocacy groups that protect the rights of physicians in Florida, has been a founding member of multiple healthcare startups, and serves on the boards of nonprofits that support underserved communities.
